Dani at the front desk was exceptional! We were about an hour away when we called to see if our room would be ready as we were heading to a wedding and needed to get dressed. She went above and beyond to help us find a different room that would be available ASAP. She was pleasant and friendly. The hotel is brand new and designed well. The bed was incredibly comfortable, spacious bathroom and super clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff that work so hard to maintain the guest rooms and public spaces. We live not too far from the area but would definitely recommend to those traveling or needing a hotel in that specific area. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we find ourselves in need of overnight accommodations in that area.

I chose the Hyatt House based on the pictures and reviews. The hotel met my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room, bathroom and lobby area were clean and inviting. I will stay here again, in the future and have already recommended this hotel to friends and coworkers.

My wife and I have stayed at The Hyatt House before and loved our stay, so we were very happy one was available near the airport. The receptionist Dani was AMAZING! She helped facilitate my party and the party we were traveling with to get our room in a very timely manner. She was also very helpful with dining suggestions at the hotel and nearby.

The staff member on duty, Dani, was amazing! She was personable and handled an emergency situation with poise. What I admired most about Dani is when customers were being rude, she kept a smile on her face and answered their questions to the best of her ability. The suite was like a one bedroom apartment. I had everything I needed for my stay and was able to get a considerable amount of work done while in town.

My husband and I travel a lot. We only stay at CLEAN, FREINDLY, SAFE HOTELS. We do our research before booking. This was definitely a 10+ hotel!!! Beautiful all around. Special shout out to ADAM. He is AWESOME!! We stayed on December 30,2024, on our way to NY. We are on our way back home to NC. Hands down, we just booked again. Can't wait to get back 🥰🥰.#100 T.Coopers
